I’m C.B. Lorch, and I’m not a politician. I’m a father, a husband, a business owner, a friend, and a neighbor. I was born and raised in Tallahassee. I met my wife Michele at Leon High School, and we are raising our children here.

“Why?” It’s most people’s first reaction when I tell them I’m running for County Commissioner. I get it. Why would you put yourself out there in today’s world of politics. In this environment of turmoil, scrutiny, and partisanship? Those things are my exact reason why.

More than ever we need people who aren’t politicians to serve. People who aren’t already part of the divisiveness. People who see public service as just that and not a career or a way to get to a next candidacy.
